Ages
We accept children 2-6 years of age. Children must be 2 by August 1st. PreK students are required to be potty trained.

School Year
We have extended the school year to better align with public school schedules. The 2025-2026 school year will begin on August 20 and end on May 15.
School Hours
School hours are 9:30am-2:00pm.Before Care is offered from 7:00-9:30am.After Care is offered from 2:00-5:00pm.Additional fees for Before and After Care apply.

Our Director
Hi! My name is Diane Caughlan and I am the Director of the Concord W.E.E. School. I grew up in the Arnold and South County communities and currently reside in Oakville with my husband and our 3 grown daughters. We enjoy traveling, movies, music, game nights, theme dates, activities within our church, and family gatherings.
I have been working in ECE since 1993. I have an Associate of Applied Science in Child Development, an Associate of Arts in Teaching, and Missouri Certification as a Child Care Director. I have 20+ years teaching experience, 8 years of Director experience, and training as a Parents As Teachers educator which I did for 7 years.
It is my goal, with the help of God, to provide a safe, nurturing, and educational experience for your family in which your child can reach their greatest potential. Our program is designed to help your child grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and academically. It is a true blessing to partner with families in the foundational Christian education of their children
